Hello all!
Welcome to the new website and my new blog!
The idea here is to give me an opportunity to share information without constantly sending out emails. I try to limit the emails I send to everyone regarding updates to the office but now the blog will give me the opportunity to post updates and information here whenever something needs announcing and you can subscribe or check as you see fit.
Especially now as I have returned to school, I am learning new things and latest research all the time and I think this information is important to share for those who are interested. I will alert you to any new exercises that are in the patient portal. I might even share my own anecdotal stories for encouragement or inspiration.
As many of you know, I’ve been on my own personal nutrition journey and I’ve learned about
some amazing recipes that I frequently talk about in the office. Well, now on this blog, I will be able to share those recipes, post pictures of food, and link you to some of my favorite paleo bloggers. If you have any other content you wish to see, let me know!
